There’s a lot of industry buzz circulating about the benefits of passionate employees. The first time I came across this topic was when I started a new position on the Talent Marketing team at SAP, where we support Human Resources and Talent Acquisition through marketing initiatives. I remember being asked a question during my interview that was something along the lines of, “what gives you fulfillment in the work that you do?” My response was, “when the work that I do doesn’t feel like work.”
