Are there videos/tutorials that show one or more technical SAP upgrade tasks from 46C R/3 to ECC 6.0?

Do you know about a web site that has videos/tutorials of one or more scenarios showing to brave girls/guys doing and explaining a technical SAP upgrade from 46C R/3 to ECC 6.0? I mean, screens showing the technical planning, preparation, upgrade and follow-up activities?

Of course, I do not pretend to repeat the same scenarios but to have a general and practical idea of this task.

You've seen the Matrix, right? There is no spoon. Neither is there a "standard upgrade" (outside of the classroom environments). It all depends on how the system is customized, extended and embedded into the system landscapes. Take a look at the upgrade documentation available athttp://service.sap.com/instguidesnw (S-user required) - there's a reason for the existence of a document called "Upgrade Master Guide" with about 50 pages that mostly tells you what to read depending on which components are in use.
