Recent months have seen a strong campaign in America against sending call center jobs to Asian countries, which definitely was no music to the ears of the traditional BPO destinations like Philippines and India. But now with the software giant SAP (News 
- Alert) announcing an expansion of its operations in Philippines, the country’s BPO sector has some valid reasons to be delighted about. According to SAP Asia-Pacific and Japan President Adaire Fox-Martin, the company is all set to open call-center operation in the Philippines. The new call center is designed provide information about the opening for sales and marketing jobs at the company.
