SAP Shows how Mobile Security and Customer Experience are Perfect Together

For enterprise IT professionals, especially those charged with securing the increasingly mobile workforce, the complexity of authenticating and managing people, their devices, applications on those devices, operating systems, networks and the data accessed and on the move regardless of where it is stored, has never been more daunting. The mobile environment is complex and securing it has become ever more so.

Here at the SAP annual Sapphire Now conference, it is thus not inconsequential that as part of the company’s stated focus to concentrate on making things “run simple” objective centered around the cloud and the SAP HANA platform, that securing what many have called the era of the mobile workplace has become paramount. In fact, an important enhancement to the SAP HANA capabilities announced at the show was the announcement of SAP Secure Mobile V 2.0. As the crowd at the booth showcasing the new capabilities is demonstrating, this certainly has already caught the attention of the large number of users here for the co-located America SAP User Group event.
