Hi Jamal,
The pitch worked perfeitamenta record in the table.However the step of writing, he returned me the following error:

Hi Tami,
You should add the following field in "READ from LDAP Directory" pass: user Principal Name
Usually the name of the manager is stored there, but if it is not - then just find the name of the field that contains manager name and add it in this pass.
Of course this will store the manager in temporary table, do not forget in "To Identity Store" pass to store the value in MX_PERSON.
