I am also looking for an answer to a glitch that's constantly occurring. I am unable to download a productive card on the client side. Tried saving and publishing it again but it doesn't work. Please facilitate.

Hello,
Start with a thorough check of the system logs is a good practice. Often, they'll point you in the right direction. Also, the SAP community forums are a goldmine for solutions to common issues.
